Engineers room

The engineers room, there in the middle of brass and copper instruments, with roaring fires and the flowing water, they are able to send hot water everywhere in the Palace. It is the same technology that you can find in the North of Creation but it is not widely spread in the River Province, so this is luxury so far from the North or the Realm.

The machines rooms are deep in the palace, very far from the guests’ rooms. The heat there is really hard to deal with.

This room is the heart of the Palace of Hundred Lotus, without the dozen of engineers from the North, the Palace would not be as luxuous as it is, and it wouldn't have such a good reputation.

The room is guarded at any time by four guards, and a messenger is ready to carry a message to the closest guards post as fast as possible.

Heaven's Depths

It is the name given to the biggest bath of the Palace of Hundred Lotus, this one is reserved for the most important guests or for gargantuan size's guests.

The room is one of the biggest in the whole baths house, and the bath itself is 50 yards long and 20 yards wide, it is a very expensive operation to fill the bath up, especially with the Palace of Hundred Lotus' thermal water. The bath is 15 yards deep.

The area around the pool is red wood lacquered and richly furnished. Sleeping Steel allows sometimes very large spirits to bath here for the price of a regular bath.

Eminent Guests Suites

The three highest levels of the Palace are special ones, large wooden stairs lead to them, they are guarded at any moment by six Palace guards.

The very last level is Sleeping Steel appartment, but the two other ones are suites for the eminent guests. There are only 6 suites, 4 in the third last level and 2 in the second last level.

Each suite is composed by a serie of 7 to 14 rooms, sleeping rooms for the guest and his or her most trusted servants, many living rooms, desk room and dining rooms. Each of them have terrace gardens where the guest can have a fantastic view on the beautiful wild surroundings.

For the moment, Pale Chrysanthemum of Emerald, uses the second highest level of the Palace of Hundred Lotus, she lives there with her servants and her Yojimbos.
